Rate of Pay: $146,578.00 to $182,400.00 per Year
Duties: Ensure the seamless administration, integration, configuration, and maintenance of the Human Capital Management (HCM) product suite. Liaise with other members of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team, vendor partners and HR functional Subject Matter Experts to meet production schedules and provide quality support using the HRIS governance framework. Troubleshoot HCM technical problems and conduct testing to resolve technical issues. Partner with application owners, users and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested enhancements. Recommend technical solutions while considering priorities and tradeoffs, and drive alignment among stakeholders.
May telecommute.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a People Systems, Sr. Consultant-related occupation.
Position requires:
Workday configuration, reports development, mass data loads using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Business Intelligence Reporting Tools (BIRT) reports using Workday Studio, and integration development and support
Workday Business Process Framework (BPF) including security
Workday core Human Capital Management (HCM) system including reporting, alerts, calculated fields, report scheduling, and security
Human resources, recruitment, benefits and onboarding processes and their inter-dependencies
Java, JavaScript, XSLT, XML, and Microsoft Excel.
