Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Strategy Consultant to join our team! In this role you will lead the execution of advanced solutions strategies providing technical expertise; SME (subject matter expert).
What You'll Be Doing:
Combining a strategic perspective with disciplined implementation to identify the strategic, operational, organizational, and financial levers that will deliver client impact.
apply all levers: including but not limited to cost, business model changes, KPIs monitoring, organizational agility and capability building.
Develop synthesis, insights and client implications within tight deadlines via end products in the form of PowerPoint documents, memos, models in Excel and frameworks.
Serve as thought partner to work closely with client team and other consultants to develop ideas and provide compelling and effective visual communication solutions for a wide variety of needs.
Regular use of PowerPoint to provide customized presentation design, and alternative storytelling solutions such as data visualization and infographic/illustration.
Conceptualize innovative strategic ideas and lead the design team in creating reports and presentation materials in compliance with our client’s branding guidelines and requirements, ensuring high quality and positive audience experience, in a timely manner.
Define new functional structures and processes by upgrading line and staff skills, changing the structure of reporting relationships, developing improved processes, and/or instituting rigorous performance-monitoring systems.
Perform a variety of analyses such as trend identification, opportunity scanning, etc., to add value to problem-solving discussions.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in consultancy role with leading global strategy consultancy firms
Capable of combining a strategic perspective with disciplined implementation to identify the strategic, operational, organizational, and financial levers that will deliver client impact.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional ability to work well with others
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Advanced knowledge of and ability to apply best industry practices and regulations
Advanced problem solving, judgement, and decision making skills
Ability to understand related technical impact with current and future situations
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines
Demonstrated ability to provide technical support in a demanding work environment
Ability to understand complex and in-depth technical situations and related business challenges
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- 3+ Years of experience in Consultancy role in Construction Industry
