Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C5ISR Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to support a vital Aerial Intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (A-ISR) mission.
What You'll Be Doing:
Use your experience and skill supporting key mission partners to provide development, integration, and acquisition support.
Will be the single point of contact for the Government leadership.
Provides overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the program including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall performance
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and 10+ years experience.
5+ of those years managing A-ISR development, integration and acquisition programs
Must have a current TS/SCI clearance
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional (PMP), or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management Certification
Experience with a wide spectrum of Army Mission Command systems and with familiarity with Air Force C2 systems (preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills, be customer oriented, and must operate independently
Highly evolved writing and briefing skills
Familiar with and have basic operator skills with Microsoft Office and administrative level skills with Microsoft SharePoint
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Ability to effectively interact and brief senior Government civilian and military leadership
Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing all proposed methodologies and approaches for large ISR projects
Experience managing performance-based projects and/or programs with multiple CONUS/OCONUS performance locations
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Top Secret SCI
