Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Junior Program Assistant to join our team! In this role you will be assisting the C5ISR Center Radar Systems and ID Division in an administration function.
What You'll Be Doing:
Schedule meetings (organizing telecom meetings via Connector, Outlook, and MS Teams), reserving conference rooms, sending visit requests, tracking incoming visitors
Manage the calendars of the division and branch chiefs
Schedule Secure Video Teleconference Calls (SVTC)
Assist personnel with clearance submission and travel
Update spreadsheet to better track internal and external documents
Update Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAP) corrections and perform biweekly timekeeping
Create Excel spreadsheets for branch chiefs and team
Prepare, edit and route documents
Track taskers, and conferences
Answer phones for branch chief
Format WARs/staff notes for branch; edit Weekly Activity Report (WAR) slides
Track trainings For Gov’t branch employees
Route documents for data management plan, SBIR ARP, and DTIC. Also, route routing slips for distribution releases and some DD2875s
Support the branch and division in editing and submitting Exception To Policy (ETP) packets for travel
Edit, format, and route travel memos and documents for essential travel
Prepare daily COOP accountability log (for telework)
Assist in setting up meet and greets for potential new hires
Assist in setting up new hires and getting them running on government systems
Assist with routing forms for approvals and signatures within division; routing funding forms (OF 41) for approval within division
Cover tasks for other admin when absent
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active Secret clearance is required to start; TS/SCI is preferred and/or ability to upgrade or maintain this level of clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to hold and maintain a U.S. government clearance
High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of relevant work experience
Exceptional Customer Service Skills

Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Salary Range:
$24.18 - $42.31
