We are looking for a DCO R&D specialist to sign up for our team on an upcoming bid, joining the new program once we win the effort in January 2021. One the work starts, you'll get to use your research & developments skills to investigate predictive malware detection capabilities and help vastly improve our customer's intrusion and detection capabilities. This includes researching and implementing new behavioral-based approaches to malware detection as well as leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) methods for malicious traffic detection You'll be supporting a pivotal research and development mission to help innovate and deliver future technologies to ensure a bright future for our armed forces.

A BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or an equivalent engineering-type degree
6+ years of experience with research and development, software engineering and/or defensive cyber operations (or 4+ years of experience with a MS, or 1+ year of experience with a PhD)
Enough experience with at least one programming language to be dangerous
Research and development experience
Active Secret Clearance
Experience supporting research labs or other R&D missions / teams
Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) knowledge and/or expertise
Intrusion Detection expertise / experience
Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) experience
IAT II Certification
CDSP (or similar) certification
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
