BIM Manager

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to directing technical engineering assignments and coordinating project staffing assignments.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervises a group of ten or more Engineers and design personnel, in one discipline or multi-disciplines, by directing technical engineering assignments and coordinating project staffing assignments. Education and experience over several years must be sufficient in order for the incumbent to serve as a Supervising Engineer on a large project or several smaller projects.

• Coordinate, monitor and advise on the execution of the approved BIM plan.

• Ensure the Contractor comply with the client requirements to develop, maintain, update and hand over BIM for the Works.

• Coordinating with projects’ team to review BIM submissions and all other data, code and processes, ensuring QA/QC procedures are compliance with the project's specifications.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field such as Architecture/Design or Civil Engineering from an accredited University to the approval of the Engineer.

• At least 15 years demonstrable experience, of which 7 years in BIM Management, BIM Strategic Planning, BIM Development for infrastructural works.

• The successful candidate should demonstrate proven fast track delivery of similar projects.

• Fully conversant with the Procedures, the standard forms and formats used in the Public Works Authority.

• Demonstrate skills of 3D modeling and 3D visualization.

• Experience working in the Gulf region is required.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
