Parsons is now hiring and experienced Architectural AutoCAD Specialist with a desire to work on projects that change the urban fabric of our community.

We need our Architectural AutoCAD Specialists to be versatile, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team-oriented environments and who have exceptional communication, analytical and organizational skills.

PROJECT:

Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; and construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Parsons is seeking an Architectural AutoCAD Specialist to perform the following:

  • Manage and maintain the clients Architectural Master Drawings files using AutoCAD.

  • Conduct Site Surveys to verify as-built conditions and incorporate them into the Master Drawings AutoCAD files.

  • Track and organize facility changes to the AutoCAD data holdings.

  • Coordinates work with engineering and construction teams to ensure project data is of the quality require to support the Master Drawings files.

  • Perform AutoCAD projects and other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associated degree in Architecture (or equivalent degree or years of experience) is required with at least 5 years of relevant experience (9 years without a degree)

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required

  • Must be US Citizen

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Requires proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts.

  • Knowledge of architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural design is also required.

  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range:

$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
