In this role,you will analyze and monitorMaximo business processes for less complex studies to ensure continuous improvement. Provides guidance and assists with making recommendation to management in implementing methodologies for documentingbusiness processes and continuous improvement within our customers core business areas, OSS functional groups, and projects. This includes creating guidance documentation, work process diagrams, standards, and forms, as well as developing and revising policies, processes, procedures, and other related documentation accurately reflecting the needs of a diverse and globally-oriented organization. This data will be consolidated and compiled into a single set of implementation documents that are housed in a unified library which will serve as a resource for consistency and efficiency in delivering successful projects. The intent is to streamline Project Management efforts and execution, as well as activities of various functional groups across the corporation.

Resp onsibilities:

·Gathers data on existing Maximo functional group processes from interviews with managers and employees.This includes collecting samples of current procedures, practices, and standards, as well as related documents and forms.

·Analyzes information gathered from interviews and translates into work process diagrams.

·Reviews current work flow captured in work process diagrams and assists in developing recommendations for process improvements.This may involve creating new processes, revising current processes, and/or automating processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

·Assists with developing recommendations and guidance documentation for new or revised processes (e.g., flow diagrams, procedures, manuals, reports, specifications, procurement documents, etc.).Ensures proper translation of technical information from functional groups into document formats that are easily understood by the end user.

·Submits recommendations (including guidance documentation) to functional managers for their review and approval, and incorporates any subsequent recommendations into the new processes prior to publication.

·Identifies specific business processes that are targets for immediate and long-term development.Works with functional management to set goals for these targeted areas and to assign priorities for study and intervention.

·Keeps abreast of contemporary technologies, techniques, and services relevant to process development.

· Reviews and assesses the status of newly-implemented business processes and their supporting solutions.

·May serve as liaison between functional groups, and Corporate publications to assure approved documents are released and posted for use.Liaises with the Parsons’ Document Management team ensuring consistent integration with related document and records management processes and associated delivery at the project levels.

·May assist in the development and/or delivery of global training programs relating to these functional processes.

·Performs other duties commensurate with functional level and responsibilities.

Qualifications

·5+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis, knowledge sharing, and business best practices.

·Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in industrial, systems, or process engineering, business administration, information systems, public affairs, education, communications, international relations, English/technical writing, journalism, or related field preferred.

·Proof of U.S. citizenship required. TS/SCI w/ Poly required
