PROJECT:
Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; and construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Parsons is seeking an IT Professional to perform the following:
Provide business and technical strategies for IT software development to involve requirement elicitation, analysis, and functional allocation.
Analyze and evaluate business goals and requirements; recommend strategies to increase MPO success.
Develop controls (course of action, workarounds, etc).
Obtain and maintain knowledge of industry best practices and provide IT software development recommendations/strategies based on industry practice.
Liaison between MPO customers and various contractor support teams.
Provide recommendations/solutions that are efficient and cost effective.
Meet with internal/external customers to develop required and efficient requirements.
Proactively examine customer needs; performance analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
Perform SWOT analysis as required.
Qualifications:
12+ years of experience
4-year degree in Computer Science (or related curriculum) preferred
Working knowledge of facilities processes is helpful
Must be US Citizen
ACTIVE TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH CLEARANCE REQUIRED

Experience gathering and documenting customer requirements especially in an Agile Scrum Context preferred

Salary Range:
$92,200.00 - $172,900.00
