Parsons Corporation Test Engineer (Skill Level 2) in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
The Test Engineer will analyze system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, report status and results. The Test Engineer must be able to support the development of Government test and evaluation documentation (i.e. Test and Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, T&E Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports) as well as work with other test organizations to support T&E program integration and provide specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance areas.
TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
5+ years of Test Engineering experience with some level of Automated Test Engineering experience
Support Data Authentication group functions; and comply with Program Discrepancy Reporting criteria and processes
Ability to asses and validate system and program level requirements
Assess operations and system performance requirements for testability and criticality to frame and prioritize T&E objectives and enable evaluation planning
Coordinate with program System Engineering (SE) and review T&E-related SE artifacts to inform evaluation planning
Assess operational environments and priorities for evaluation attention and scenario selection, and coordinate user participation in T&E
Produce associated Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports/Briefings, Data Management Plan
Plan and Execute Performance Analysis
Plan and Execute program and event level testing
Demonstration, paper analysis, survey, simulation, and physical test
Ability to write clear and detailed specifications and documentation and produce documentation that may include: Evaluation Plans, Analysis Plans, Data Requirements, Risk Assessments, Evaluation Reports, Status reports, Technology Readiness Assessments, Test & Evaluation Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, T&E Plans & Procedures and Test Readiness Reports
Automated Test Engineering experience
Experience with Selenium or similar testing framework
Previous experience working on an agile scrum team and the ability to adhere to agile methodologies.
Experienced in DevOps practices for rapid build, test, release delivery
Experience with Continuous Integration
Experience with build management tools (Maven, Jenkins etc)
A Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Top Secret SCI Poly clearance.
