This position will report to National Security Solutions and will oversee day-to-day business operations and strategic growth initiatives in high-priority mission spaces to meet delivery and business objectives. Our successful candidate will be self-motivated with a demonstrated track record of successfully operating, growing and developing high-growth organizations through leadership, intensive customer focus, learning and continual improvement. The Unconventional Access & Solutions Vice President will lead a portfolio of complex projects in a variety of technology areas related to printed micro-electronics, embedded software development, hardware design and systems integration, custom software development, small sat payload design and manufacturing, mission support services, program management and consulting services. Key responsibilities include:
Drive mission focused strategic planning, customer and stakeholder engagement, measure results, and maintain alignment with Cyber & Intelligence Market expectations.
Manage all essential activities including budgeting, salary management, performance management, procurement, recruiting, communication, compliance, and remediation.
Coordinate with C&I Account Executives, Business Development and Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement growth strategies across the Intelligence Community, Services and Agencies.
Work directly with government partners to aggressively assess capability gaps and proactively identify solutions from within Parsons portfolio that align to needs.
Manage both internal and external messaging and marketing to ensure that communication to critical to mission and customer stakeholders keeps up with the pace of innovation.
Simplifies and streamlines processes to increase agility and improve efficiency across customer mission threads and delivery organizations of the Cyber & Intelligence Market.
Become a trusted dependable partner for Cyber & Intelligence Operating Unit leads, functional departments (Talent Management, Legal, Communications, Recruiting, etc) and cross-market.
Manage and maintain compliance for all corporate, and Cyber & Intelligence Market policy, procedures, standards, and methods.
Align strategic priorities of the company and market to the requirements and capability gaps of mission partners and guide to successful completion.
Finalize, launch, and manage communications plans, stakeholder engagement program and calendar, working closely with team leaders to help shape content and ensure materials are suitable and professional.
Coordinate, collect, and prepare all materials for all communications, including:
Monthly Management Reporting
Growth and Strategy Reporting
Quarterly meetings for content, prep, scheduling, rehearsal, etc.
Weekly Program Director's meeting.
Annual corporate survey.
Monthly status reporting collection, consolidation, triage, and dissemination.
Quality, timeliness, and consistency or broadcast communication.
Document and manage all action items, commitments, and communications from Market Manager meetings.
Anticipate future needs and identify proactive solutions to satisfy those needs.
Plan for succession throughout Unconventional Access & Solutions business unit.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Practiced in the oversight of IR&D and commercial product development efforts, including concept, design, inventory, marketing, sales, and sustainment.
Capacity to successfully negotiate strategic positioning with Government customers and within the prime and/or subcontractor relationship space.
Hands-on familiarity with management and execution of technical programs and projects, including hardware and software development, plus integration and test.
Leadership and oversight of large, multi-disciplinary teams focused on execution of complex microelectronics development, manufacturing, and test efforts at various levels, including wafer, chip, printed circuit board, component, and system.
Management of quick react capability (QRC) microelectronics solutions for the IC & DOD.
Knowledgeable in microelectronics supply chain assurance, including validation of electronics components sourcing, supply chain management, inspection & test of component quality, and development of anti-tamper features.
Bachelor's Degree and 20-25 years related experience; OR Masters and 15-20 years. STEM degree(s) preferred.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Active TS/SCI required with a strong preference for Full scope clearance.
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
