In accordance with established procedures, performs a variety of routine and non-routine administrative, clerical, data collection, and report writing tasks specific to the group assigned. Receives direction from immediate supervisor in completing non-routine assignments.
Providing technical and clerical support to the workforce, coordinating with different parties to help execute and maintain contracts.
Maintaining familiarity and working knowledge with standard processes and procedures.
Maintaining complex project controls, filing, and corresponding contract administration required record keeping.
Keeping proper records of contractual and invoicing related activities.
Preparing and managing invoices including maintaining accurate records of invoices and payments, reconciliation, and communicating with vendors and subcontractors.
Reviewing time reports to verify accuracy of hours worked and Job#/WBS charges. Follows up to ensure timely processing of corrections.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Based out of the Peachtree Corners, GA Office
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and typically 0-5 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in MS Office with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex file structures, organizing project documentation, and maintaining required project controls.
