Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mission Manager to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as an OSINT Planner and SME in an integrated Multi-Functional Intelligence analysis team.
Assist in support of regional and theater OSINT teams.
Support required training, tools evaluation, daily briefings, policy development, and the occasional RFI-driven OSINT collection.
Lead the collection and daily activities of a team of OSINT collectors.Conduct intelligence analysis, OSINT collection, operational planning, and fusion/integration of intelligence data in order to produce reports, responses, artifacts, recommendations, findings, and products to priority intelligence requirements as directed.
Assess and provide analysis of technologies and solutions, provide recommendations, research and develop technical papers, and support collection operations for the assigned command.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelors Degree and 9+ years of experience, Masters Degree and 7+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 4+ years of experience
TS/SCI ClearanceAbility to provide military operations expertise to projects such as military training, military planning, tactical/operational warfare analysis and documentation support, military budgeting, military systems design and testing, military systems integration, or other similar efforts that require a thorough understanding of military force structure, operations, systems, capabilities, limitations, and employment.
Knowledge to provide support directly to military units as a subject matter expert.
Skills to develop and provide academic instruction, field training, or experiential training to include war games and survival training; research, identify, and make recommendations about military resources required for task execution and completion; and gather, process, and analyze military tactical and operational data in support of military planning and operations.
