Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Plans, Strategy, Policy, Doctrine, and Technical Lead to join our team! In this role you will get to review and make recommendations to policy, plans and doctrine dealing with cyberspace operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and oversee current and future operational planning support for a 3-star level command
Provide direct subject matter expertise in the analysis of doctrine, policy, and operational relationships within the greater cyberspace operations community
Provide review and recommendations to, CONOPs, strategic plans, operational plans, policy, doctrine, authorities, and statutes
Serves as the focal point within the command for all policies, plans, and guidance related to the readiness affecting cyberspace operations
Conducts research, studies, and analyses across the entire spectrum cyberspace operations
Provides recommendations on program modifications proposed in the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) or budget review process and other decision-making bodies
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
At least seven years’ work experience (within the past five years) providing subject matter expertise in operational planning in support of military organizations and COCOMs future and long-term planning efforts
Knowledge of doctrine, policy, and operational relationships within the cyberspace operations community
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Master’s Degree in a related field such as National Security, cybersecurity, IT, or computer science
Experience briefing and conducting presentations for senior Military and Government officials (equivalent to General Flag Officer/Flag Officer and Senior Executive Service personnel)
Project management experience (e.g., responsible for handling project scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule)
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph
