Parsons is looking for talented Technical Advisors to join our team!
Sensor-to-Shooter (S2S) Technical Advisors (TAs): The Parsons S2S team’s core operational functions are executed by an experienced and skilled team composed of personnel with pertinent backgrounds and understandings of critical nodes in the S2S architectures. Parsons is looking for motivated professionals to fill various roles, including:
• S2S Operations Support Subject Matter Experts
• S2S Training Subject Matter Experts
• S2S Mission Integration & Technical Subject Matter Experts
S2S TAs provide subject matter expertise across a multitude of disciplines, ranging from intelligence community capabilities to military operations. TAs aid in the development of S2S architectures and the education of military personnel to train watch standers to perform critical functions. The S2S team provides a one-of-a-kind, tailored global tracking and targeting capability to support simultaneous operations in multiple Areas of Responsibility (AORs) on a 24/7/365 basis.
S2S Technical Advisors shall provide subject matter expertise and advise the military & civilian watch standers in all areas of S2S operations to include Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and/or military datalink operations. TAs shall be available to support the S2S team’s operational schedule up to and including 24/7 operations.
S2S TAs will be qualified through the established training pipeline to stand watch alongside military personnel.
S2S TAs will facilitate training of new military watch standers in established watch standing functions, and will provide on-the-job training to all watch standers, as required, to hone proficiency and integrate the use of new technologies or capabilities into the S2S team’s toolset.
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Advisor to join our team! In this role:
What You'll Be Doing:
Training military and civilian watch standers
Daily interaction with tactical, deployed military units and commanders
Generating after action reports for CONOPS and TTP development
Providing briefings and updates to senior military and government leadership
Educating senior level military and government visitors on S2S capabilities
Supporting 24/7 operations
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
15+ years of experience in applicable intelligence discipline or military operations
Proficient communication, writing, and briefing skills
Understanding of military communication paths
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in applicable discipline
Experience with military datalink operations (JREAP/Link-16)
Understanding of military C2 concepts, methods, and doctrine
Experience with DoD training requirements
Experience with intelligence community policies and procedures
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph

Salary Range:
$149,900.00 - $269,800.00
This position will be posted for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to be posted for an average of 30 days until a qualified applicant is selected or the position has been cancelled.
