Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Responsible for complying with applicable network security requirements utilizing automated compliance assessment and report tools, such as DISAs Vulnerability Management System (VMS) and Army's Asset & Vulnerability Tracking Resource (A&VTR). Additionally, performs necessary scans using Government-provided software, updating security patches, virus signatures, reporting suspected intrusion, and ensuring only Government-authorized software is installed. Responsible to configure servers, install, and perform day-to-day system administration for all systems. Implement software on a variety of hardware systems including Dell, HP, and Cisco. These systems may also be connected with fiber attached and/or Internet Small Computer Systems Interface) iSCSI drive arrays. Provide a working knowledge of Windows 2003 Servers, Windows 2008 Servers (or other current version), Active Directory, Exchange 2003, Exchange 2007 (or other current version), Microsoft SQL 2005, Microsoft SQL 2008.
Education: Associate's degree in related field and 3+ years experience, Experience in administering computer systems and IAVA support. Experience with tools such as Retina & VMS.
Certifications: MCTS: Server Administrator; MCSE on Windows Server 2003; IAT II
Location: FOB Union III, Baghdad, Iraq
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
