Our Industrial Division is a world-class leader in delivering Engineering and Technology enhancing solutions to Utilities, Independent Energy Providers, private sector industrial clients, and various government agencies. Our primary services include program and construction management, capital project execution (engineering, procurement, and construction [EPC]), Cyber/Software Solutions, Critical Infrastructure Protection and Resiliency and delivery of comprehensive environmental solutions for a wide array of customers.

Parsons is now hiring an experienced Project Manager with a desire to work on creating innovative, practical solutions to various projects. In this role you will be responsible for scope development, scope management and commercial performance of various projects on this multi-phase programs. Working with our multi-discipline engineering and design staff, you will plan and define project goals and devise methods to accomplish them; develop an in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms and corporate policies.

Parsons extensive experience, combined with your experience coordinating projects through all phases of project inception, programming, design, and closeout will propel your career and leadership opportunities forward. We need our Project Managers to be versatile, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team-oriented environments that have exceptional communication, analytical and organizational skills. This job is based in Bakersfield, CA.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering related technical/business field12+ years of related project management experience is required, experience on greenfield/brownfield projects

  • Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background.

  • Professional registration and/or PMP preferred.

  • Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands on technically in the project.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and chemical process systems.

  • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications

Salary Range:

$110,600.00 - $219,400.00
