Job Description:

Are you interested in joining a team that plays a crucial role as a USCYBERCOM Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) Knowledge Management Specialist? Parsons is currently seeking a skilled Knowledge Management professional who will contribute to the team by working closely with JIO leadership and staff. This individual should possess the ability to identify solutions and troubleshoot issues within an organization's methodology, create reports, assist with operations, and provide training and education to internal users.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Integrate information from departments and function throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal business partners and external clients

  • Plan and implement approved business solutions and develop metrics, and methods to collect those metrics, to measure operational efficiency

  • Create process changes by integrating new processes to improve existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted stakeholders

  • Research and document sources of knowledge management training and develop and present knowledge management briefings to the JIO Staff

  • Align processes, systems, policies, and organizational structures with mission and strategy of the organization and Command

  • Assist in leveraging SharePoint features, and associated tools to capture knowledge assets that improve operational collaboration and efficiency

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience with Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline or (11) years without a degree.

  • Active TS/SCI + Polygraph

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Administration, Confluence, task management systems, and JIRA design, planning, and managing permissions

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Salary Range:

$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
