Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Pool / Resource Manager to join our team in Paris, France!

Working directly with the European VP and closely with the Project/Programme Mangers, B&P Managers and HR, the main responsibilities will be to ensure staff workloads are allocated effectively and to help identify new resources (employees and contractors) to help grow the business across our various European regions.

We are looking for a pragmatic manager, a motivated individual with initiative to manage workforce planning and allocation, capacity utilisation and help to provide operation excellence to our clients within Europe and assist in supporting the Corporate goals and objectives of growth and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the employees and contractors workload across all the project and Bids & Proposal activity

  • Manage the skills and competences centres and define the competences matrix for the system activities defined

  • Evaluate the Market for European recruitments and contractors’ hires

  • Communicate through the networks for marking the Parsons Europe hiring processes efficient

  • Support all the PM and Technical managers to identify the resources requirements on a weekly basis

  • Implement tools and trackers to support the above activities

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Fluent French speaker

  • 15 years of recruitment in larger companies with higher trend of recruitment

  • Experiences in the engineering sector (railway industry experience a plus, but not essential)

  • Agility and marketing values

  • Ethics and compliance

  • Strong structured and written capacities

  • Masters degree or equivalent (5 years after Bachelor)

The Pool / Resource Manager will need to be able to exhibit strong strategic and operation skills within Resource Management/Work Allocation. They will be able to think critically and at pace to find ideal work solutions. They must be personable, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues at a senior level as well as able to help lead and inspire teams. Experience of working in a similar environment is essential.
