Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Command & Control Datalink Systems Integrator to join our team! In this role you will get to lead the integration and interoperability of Tactical Data Links (TDL) within the Multi-TDL Network (MTN) to contribute to the Common Operational Picture (COP) for a USAFE-AFAFRICA security assistance partner. *This position is located in Ramstein AFB, Germany (International Assignment) *NO REMOTE WORK

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide BC3 MSCT subject matter expertise across C2 joint operations

• Integration and interoperability of Tactical Data Links (TDL) within the Multi-TDL Network (MTN) to contribute to the Common Operational Picture (COP)

• Development and maintenance of multiple technical baselines of C2 systems

• Deploy and configure C2 software in test, training, and operational settings

• Integrate hardware, software, and network components into complete C2 solution

• Evaluate suitability of prototype C2 solutions to mission needs

• Work across multiple security boundaries and at multiple classification levels

• Develop and maintain documentation related to design and test

• Train foreign partners to configure and operate various C2 systems

• Develop and create unique theater-specific simulated training scenarios to meet customer specific training requirements

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical field (extensive relevant military experience may be considered to meet education requirement)

• Extensive experience and knowledge of configuring and employing BC3 MSCT (REQUIRED)

• TDL SME preferably with JICO or AJOC Certification

• Experience as a project lead for TDL efforts including Multi-Link Systems (MLS), Link 16, and JREAP C

• Experience in TDL test methods and protocols for the test and validation of TDL systems

• Expertise in data link connectivity planning and data routing; coordination and deconfliction of units assigned JUs; and track blocks in support of a unique mission

• Experience performing analysis of architecture, infrastructure, and operations to determine baseline capabilities; conduct gap analysis to achieve government’s end-state vision

• Experience in air defense weapon/C2 systems and/or network engineering in a large distributed environment with emphasis on military (US/NATO)

• Experience troubleshooting and monitoring network traffic

• CLEARANCE REQUIRED – SECRET (Must be eligible to obtain Top Secret)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience with and ability to test and evaluate variety of TDL management tools

• Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI) operations and maintenance

• Expertise with air defense sensors, command and control concepts, weapons, and concept of operations

• Experience in working with European DoD entities is strongly desired

• Experience working with/in cybersecurity requirements on operationally authorized networks
