Parsons is seeking a Contract Manager who will be responsible for the administration and monitoring of domestic and international contracts, negotiate terms and conditions of proposals and contracts, act as the company point of contact and contracts lead, and negotiate and administer all agreements (NDA, Teaming Agreements, MOU & MOA, etc.) with customers. The contract manager will also ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and applicable government regulations (FAR) and government laws.
Active or current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) is required
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable and responsible for providing contract management support to a multi-award task order contract (MATOC).
Accountable and responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and approving contract terms and conditions for compliance with company rules and guidelines.
Accountable and responsible for maintaining appropriate contract files and providing contract related direction/information to program management team.
Accountable and responsible for monitoring the contractual provisions of contracts to ensure contract requirements are met.
Accountable and responsible for processing formal change orders.
Maintain constant knowledge, from a top-level view, of all contracts and ongoing projects and ensure informational needs are met in a timely manner.
Coordinate and submit proposals, negotiate and administer all necessary contractual actions (contracts, teaming agreements, ACA's, nondisclosure agreements, etc.).
Administer contracts to ensure compliance, and close out contracts.
Functions as lead in directing and scheduling to contract support staff.
Demonstrate excellent prioritizing skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and stressful environment.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in contracting is required.
Experience working with MATOCs, IDIQs, Task Orders, sub-contractors, procurements, Department of Defense RDT&E 6.1 and 6.2 funding, grants, and scholarships are preferred.
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
