In this position you'd support both Linux and Microsoft based workstations and servers within virtual and physical environments. You must have an active security clearance to be considered for this opportunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Optimize and monitor system performance
Responsible for the diagnosis and correction of system infrastructure
Plan and coordinate system upgrades
Conduct network connectivity maintenance and monitoring
Conduct server maintenance and replication
Manage the test infrastructure
Document system architecture, to include replication, interfaces, and jobs
Perform security compliance maintenance and monitoring
Determine external causes of problems
Monitor web services
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI w/poly
Bachelor's degree in related discipline; experience considered in lieu of degree
5+ years of experience with Linux OS maintenance and troubleshooting
Minimum 1 year experience maintaining virtual environments and performing software security vulnerability scanning, remediation, and reporting
Desired Qualifications:
RHCSA, RHCE certifications
Active Directory
LDAPS
Ubuntu 18.04 / RHEL 7 / CentOS 7
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
