We have an immediate need for Security Systems Technicians with the right multi-disciplinary experience to help us build our team and deliver timely results to our customers. Program Manager

The Program Manager must be a full-time permanent employee of the prime Contractor. No exceptions will be considered. The minimum qualifications of the Program Manager are:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in Engineering, Business, or related field, and

  • Professional Engineer or PMP certification (preferred) or 15 years of experience in a program management oversight position, and

Experience as follows:

  • Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support

  • Project management and planning

  • Maintaining the interface at the senior levels of the client organization

  • Managing teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations

  • Organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks

  • Formulating and reviewing task plans and deliverable items and ensuring conformance with program task schedules and costs.

Cybersecurity Lead

The Cybersecurity Lead shall be an employee of the prime contractor. The minimum qualifications of the Cybersecurity Lead are:

  • Active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.

  • Demonstrated experience performing Cybersecurity activities in support of software and system requirements, design, development, testing and sustainment.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting DoD Cybersecurity Programs.

  • Demonstrated experience with employment of DoD Cybersecurity requirements, policies, and processes to include certification and accreditation.

  • Demonstrated experience with risk and vulnerability assessments and mitigation.

  • Ability to provide guidance on DoD Cybersecurity regulations and requirements to engineering staff and the Cybersecurity team.

Automated Access Control Point (ACP) Engineers/Developers

ACP Engineers/Developers support Third Tier sustainment operations and the Systems Engineer Directorate with any testing, upgrades or advances of software or technology.

The minimum qualifications of the ACP Engineer/Developer are:

  • Demonstrated capability with traffic safety engineering, automated traffic management, and gate/pedestrian control systems / PLC programming, de-bugging and remote diagnostics.

  • Experience with Enterprise-level system integration and troubleshooting.

  • Demonstrated capability with Field-level programming of IP devices, software applications, HMIs, and PLC embedded hardware.

  • Experience with IA hardening on Industrial Control Systems (ICS).

  • Experience with Enterprise-level software integration and support.

  • Experience with all automated AVG and APT baseline software applications required to configure, update, maintain, manage, operate, and support both onsite and remotely.

  • Demonstrated capability with Field-level operational testing and troubleshooting.

  • Demonstrated capability to conduct system operational verification testing (SOVT) and compliance audits for deployed and maintained baselines.

  • Demonstrated Project Management and coordination of complex systems development, deployment, and support.

  • Demonstrated capability to build and conduct operator, technician, and superuser training for automated vehicle gates and automated Pedestrian Turnstiles.

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
