If so, Parsons has an ideal position as a Program Analyst/ Product Manager in our growing transformation team based out of Centreville, VA.

As the Program Analyst/ Product Manager, you will manage a number of existing and new GDS accounts while working within ourTeam to support each client with various job-related tasks on both an administrative and creative level AND help craft groundbreaking products that provide unprecedented value to our clients.

You will be responsible for organizing incoming requests and establishing accurate timelines in an effort to see a project through to completion.

You will be required to manage and prioritize multiple projects. This includes overseeing each phase of the process such as site surveys, walk thrus, design development, client / vendor relations, fabrication schedules, installation timelines and more.

Together we'll help the organization make optimal tradeoffs and focus on the right capabilities delivered in the right market windows, all while building platform scalability that delivers on our mission for excellence.

HOW YOU WILL HAVE AN IMPACT

  • Contribute to and help maintain roadmaps, strategic and tactical plans, as well as market and competitive insights.

  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and staff on key product areas from ideation through testing, delivery, and iterative refinement.

  • Work closely with client success, engineering, data science, project management, and operations teams balancing our long-term mission with short-term needs based on changing market and competitive conditions.

  • Collaborate on continuously evolving product discovery and decisioning frameworks.

  • Work closely with UI/UX to produce and refine concepts, story/task flows, and craft requirements ranging from core functional capabilities through complex interactive data visualizations and multistage story/task flows.

  • Create user stories, story/task flows, use cases, and insights across the full spectrum of our products.

  • Work closely with others on assuring optimal releases, artifacts, post-release feedback and KPI measurement.

  • Create documentation, screencasts, and other content for internal teams and clients.

  • Collaborate with the organization on vision, strategy, decisioning, tactical execution, and measurement systems.

  • Meeting with internal clients to determine project scopes via walk-thru’s

  • Create full, comprehensive sign design packages and/or dictate instructions to design team to develop comprehensive design packages.

  • Location Plans / Message Schedule * Manage incoming and outgoing workflow

  • Work in conjunction with production and installation teams to establish appropriate sign systems

  • Determine and communicate project priority

  • Establish accurate timelines for fabrication / installation

SALARY RANGE:

61k to 84k DOE with full benefits

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of related work experience or Master’s degree

  • Resilience and a solid work ethic.

  • Ability to independently do quality research on a wide variety of subjects.

  • A drive to succeed in a challenging environment, balancing competing tasks.

  • Flexibility: Ability to change direction based on team and stakeholder feedback/consensus.

  • A passion for products and projects.

  • Excellent teamwork and written, and communication skills
