Qualifications

  • 12+ years’ experience managing projects, programs or teams in SIGINT, cyber security, information assurance or similar areas.

  • Experience managing RF SIGINT or ELINT projects and/or teams.

  • Proficient in Windows XP, 7, Server 2003 and Linux. Expertise in MS Office applications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline such as Electronics or Computer Technology or an undergraduate degree in another discipline or equivalent industry experience from an accredited institution

  • Some domestic travel is required

  • Applicants selected for employment will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet additional eligibility requirements for access to classified information or materials. An active security clearance is

  • Strong leadership, communications and organizational skills

  • Experience developing Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), Capability Development Documents, Statement of Capability documents, strategic plans, etc.

  • Development of Architecture, Systems and Operational-level CONOP documents

  • Development of requirements, schedules.

  • Identify dependencies and prioritize gaps and opportunities

  • Ability to achieve program goals, multi-task and problem solve

  • Prepare material under short deadlines and with limited information

  • Basic understanding of electricity, electronics and radio frequency theory
