Parsons is now hiring an experienced Program Manager with the desire to work on developing innovative solutions to support the secure and reliable operation of computer systems. You will be responsible for enhancing government customer capabilities while addressing security challenges.
The responsibilities of the Program Manager position include the following:
Manage the tasks identified in the PWS to ensure all projects move together toward meeting established goals and objectives.
Serve as the Government's point of contact and will provide technical supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Task Order.
Provide strong technical direction in all functions of Cyber Security.
Guide Architecture, Engineering and Sustainment functions and closely monitor the work to ensure quality and follow through.
Provide technical advice, organize, plan, direct, and manage contractor staff to ensure that goals and objectives of the project, problem resolution and customer satisfaction, are accomplished within pre-scribed time frames and funding parameters.
Identify user requirements; translate the requirements into project plans and milestones; direct and implement plans; and present formal project status/plan briefings to the Government managers.
Experience and Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Security or related discipline
12+ years Bachelor's Degree
10+ years Master's Degree
8+ years PhD
Experience providing technical and managerial services on projects of similar size and complexity (Project team of 50 FTE comprised of Cyber Security, Computer/Network/Security Architects, Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, Sustainment Specialists)
Experience performing the job responsibilities listed above.
DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND) .
Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
PMI PMP Certification
Experience with DIA organization and computer/networked systems.
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
