Job Description:

Parsons is actively searching for a PAI Associate Researcher.

This position can be based at either Molesworth AFB or Stuttgart AFB.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

  • Conduct analysis of multi-source information, develop research methods, and use various data collection platforms to improve processes in direct support of the client's mission.

  • Work closely with sub-command's operations personnel, combatant command, Federal Bureau of Investigations, other services, and other US and allied national agencies to improve analysis, production, access to adversarial threat data, and to develop collaborative efforts.

  • Evaluate both classified and unclassified critical and sensitive information to understand and report adversary strengths, weaknesses and centers of gravity.

  • Conduct research, evaluate, analyze and provide recommendations on complex assignments to fuse multi-source information from multiple disciplines to satisfy a broad range of customer requirements within assigned areas of responsibility.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of semi-complex to complex data sets to uncover gaps and provide recommendations to create corresponding collection requirements to more completely understand the adversary.

  • Synthesize large data sets and provide recommendations to senior analysts and staff.

  • Based on operational requirements, determine the best approach to accomplish difficult analytical and fusion taskings.

  • Comply with and utilize all information-sharing standards and protection guidance during all classified and unclassified research, analysis, and fusion activities.

  • Develop and provide formal and informal reports, briefings, and perspectives for all command threat systems, technologies, operations, and missions.

  • Balance the operational need for accuracy and expediency in satisfying production objectives. The contractor shall use a wide variety of different production formats to provide finished products. The contractor shall maintain and track customer satisfaction and the value of all production lines and adjust production efforts based on feedback.

  • Provide customer outreach and shall ensure dissemination through all available means. Products and presentations shall be presented to combatant command, partner nations and other Community members.

  • Propose changes to procedures, policy, and guidance to ensure timely and cost effective operations within areas of responsibility.

  • Review and evaluate multi-source, all-source information that vary in clarity and validity. The contractor shall shape, fuse, and provide recommendations which influence the content, form and format of tailored, timely, accurate and relevant assessments to internal and external mid-level clients of all types on policy-making, acquisition and operational customer sets.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Active Top Secret SCI clearance.

  • 7 years’ experience in a wide range of PAI research, collection methods and techniques, and the use of PAI and multi-source information systems. The government will consider 5 years’ experience in PAI if resume has a representative history of intelligence analysis associated with multi-in and all-source research.

  • A minimum of Undergraduate degree with focus on Social Science/Research Methodologies.

  • A minimum of 5 years of expertise in advanced PAI analytical principles, concepts, and methods to include database manipulation.

  • A minimum of 5 years of expertise in conducting in-depth PAI research to identify available systems and data sources.

  • Experience in working DoD Joint structure  Expertise in producing collections requirements assessments.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills; including public speaking  Excellent analytic and organization skills.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and prioritize appropriately.

  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve objectives.

  • All capabilities needed from PAI SME at an advanced level.

  • Advanced skills in conducting search in a digital environment.

  • Advanced understanding of PAI data, platforms and technologies.

  • Advanced working knowledge of geo-enabled PAI.

  • In-depth working knowledge of tools provided by Berber Hunter/SOCOM Tool Kit (BHTK/SOTK), as well as advanced capability to identify new and emerging tools.

  • Basic understanding of Deep/Dark web.

  • Advanced working knowledge of PAI support to operations and sensitive productions.

  • Advanced PAI research and analysis support to operations training (similar to CASO/COSMO training).
