Using Workday, the Workday Technical Benefits Consultant will ensure the seamless administration, integration, configuration and maintenance of the Benefits module. The successful candidate will liaise with other members of the HRIT team and HR functional Subject Matter Experts to meet production schedules and provide quality support using the HRIT governance framework.
In this key position, you will troubleshoot problems, test, and work with business to resolve issues, partner with application owners, users and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested enhancements, and recommend technical solutions while considering priorities and tradeoffs, and drive alignment among stakeholders.
8+ years of total working experience in HCM and solid understanding of HR, with 6 years of experience with Workday HCM system supporting Benefits.
Great organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Deep knowledge of Workday's Business Process Framework and Security.
Experience with Workday Staffing BP.
Solid understanding of HR, Benefits and Payroll processes and their inter-dependencies.
Experience with Reporting and Calculated Fields preferred.
Hands on experience with EIB loads.
4-year degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
