Position Overview:
We are looking for a self-starter to join our Critical Infrastructure business development team. As a Senior Business Development Data Analyst, you will play a key role in providing support and guidance to the team. Responsibilities include preparing materials, reports and dashboards within excel, Salesforce or other applications including PowerBI for internal reporting and pipeline tracking. In this role, you will also assist in the preparation of the annual business plan, and presentations to senior management. The Analyst at this level should look for ways to use new or existing technologies to make our processes more efficient and effective.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and maintains weekly sales reports for Mobility Solutions and Connected Communities business units
Supports data analytics and creates dashboard for quarterly leadership presentations
Tracks and manages Philanthropy/ Events Membership (PEM) tracking
Maintains Alternative Project Delivery Pipeline Reports
Works with BD team to highlight major wins both internal and for award submission
Prepares various monthly reports for presentation to leadership
Monitors Salesforce to ensure data integrity. As needed, creates, and runs various Salesforce reports for the business development team
Looks for ways to constantly improve our business intelligence through data analysis, app development and automation
Assists with the financial budgeting and forecasting.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent) and typically 5+ years of related work experience, including at least 3+ years of experience in data Analytics in a marketing or business Development department
Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce and Power BI
Knowledge of MS Windows --with a high level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint --is critical.
Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically and rapidly analyze, interpret, and integrate data information from multiple sources into clear conclusions and recommendations.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work with staff of all levels and strict adherence to deadlines also required. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into data visualizations to tell compelling stories and interactive dashboards. Ability to oversee and deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience in data curation; data acquisition, cleaning, and management; data interpretation and analysis; and the presentation and communication of reproducible results in an engaging manner

Salary Range:
$92,200.00 - $161,400.00
