Our National Intelligence Business Unit (NI) provides end-to-end tools, capabilities, and services that support the full spectrum of nation’s national intelligence community and produces actionable intelligence for a diverse government, commercial, and Intelligence Community (IC) customer base. Are you an experienced Capture Manager who’s worked in the Federal marketplace with a specific focus in the Intelligence Community? Do you have access to and relationships within various national intelligence agencies? If your experience includes capturing cyber operations and intelligence enabling opportunities within these communities then you may be the perfect addition to our team. Parsons’ National Intelligence Business Unit is a thriving business focused on supporting our national security clients. We provide a full spectrum of cyber solutions and are looking for a Sr. Capture manager to join our team.
We really like people who are leaders and can provide strategic direction, and tactical capture on federal pursuits in the DC metropolitan region, as well as nation-wide. Once selected you will be involved with a full spectrum of cyber and intelligence-related activities, including: Cyber Intelligence, Cyber Analytics, internet security, tradecraft development, sensors, network operations, critical asset protection, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)/Industrial Control System (ICS) protection, and computer network operations (CNO). Implementing sales and capture strategies to achieve annual revenue goals, the ideal candidate will understand all phases and aspects of federal government business development and capture management, including teaming strategies, business negotiations, as well as the ability to recognize and act upon opportunities addressing related projects. Travel may be required to cultivate new and ongoing business endeavors.
This position is based in Virginia and primarily supports customers in the Washington, DC Metro Area. The successful candidates will work from our offices on classified pursuits and can work from home on unclassified pursuits.

15+ years of diversified experience, primarily within the business development, capture management in the realm of a large, multinational company
Must have established relationships in the national security and cyber security market
A proven track record of successful captures with IC customers in Virginia; greater than $100M
Broad experience working with the DOD, DHS, IC, and FBI is preferred
4-year degree in Engineering, Business, (or equivalent); Advanced degree preferred
