Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Program Management Information Systems (PMIS) Application Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will help our customers utilize and integrate innovative technologies that support engineering and construction projects and programs. This role is 100% remote based in the US. Some travel could be required.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Key responsibilities include providing support for proposal development and business growth, crafting technology solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT services to our clientele.

  • You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, propose solutions, develop project budgets and schedules, and allocate necessary resources.

  • This role also involves overseeing various Program Management Information Systems, such as Trimble e-Builder, Kahua, Procore, PMWeb, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Oracle Aconex, Microsoft SharePoint, and internal systems.

  • You will be responsible for deploying applications and providing comprehensive technical support and administration within distributed or cloud-based environments.

  • Additionally, there may be oversight of a team tasked with executing these responsibilities.

  • Further duties include delivering customer support, collaborating with Parsons' Program and Project Managers and their subcontractors, documenting workflows, offering guidance, and implementing systems to optimize project and program controls through automation and enhancement initiatives.

  • A proactive approach to building relationships, identifying opportunities for value addition, engaging team members as necessary, and ensuring client satisfaction are integral to this position.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Proficiency in implementing PMIS systems such as Trimble e-Builder, Kahua, Procore, PMWeb, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Oracle Aconex, InEight, Microsoft SharePoint, and other leading vendors.

  • Ability to develop and visualize reports and Business Intelligence using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Oracle BI Publisher, Qlik, and Cognos.

  • Business Analysis and Mentoring- Strong business background with expertise in business analysis planning. Ability to mentor junior team members in various business analysis phases.

  • Understanding of the business use and implications of specific business applications and technologies, including the business case for their use and associated risks.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills suitable for technical discussions in professional settings. Ability to articulate technical issues convincingly and influence stakeholders on the best approach to resolving problems. Proficiency in writing complex documents including policies, procedures, and presentations. Experience communicating with diverse individuals within and outside the organization, including clients, vendors, and all levels of management.

Salary Range:

$96,400.00 - $168,700.00
