Job Description:
This position will report to the Operating Unit Director, Federal Intelligence (FI) and will oversee day-to-day operations and strategic growth initiatives in high-priority mission spaces to meet delivery and business objectives. Our successful candidate will be self-motivated with a demonstrated track record of success growing and developing organizations through leadership, intensive customer focus, learning and continual improvement. The Program Manager will lead a series of complex projects and task orders in a variety of technology areas related to custom software and hardware development, mission support services, program management and systems integration and consulting services. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of contract performance and overall quality management for the delivery of multiple task orders
Ensure compliance with terms of the contract, task orders, and with government and company policies, standards, and procedures
Identify and resolve cross-project problems and issues
Identify and mitigate project risks
Maximize the most effective staff resource use and availability
Manage all essential activities including budgeting, salary management, performance management, procurement, recruiting, communication, compliance, and remediation
Simplifies and streamlines processes to increase agility and improve efficiency across customer mission threads
Drive focused strategic planning, customer and stakeholder engagement, measure results, and maintain alignment with Cyber & Intelligence Market expectations
Work directly with government partners to aggressively assess capability gaps and proactively identify solutions from within Parsons portfolio that align to needs
Coordinate with C&I Account Executives, Business Development and Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement growth strategies in the FI environment
Become a trusted dependable partner for Cyber & Intelligence Operating Unit leads, functional departments (Talent Management, Legal, Communications, Recruiting, etc) and cross-market
Manage and maintain compliance to all Cyber & Intelligence Market policy, procedures, standards, and methods
Align strategic priorities of the company and market to the requirements and capability gaps of mission partners and guide to successful completion
Finalize, launch, and manage communications plans, stakeholder engagement program and calendar, working closely with team leaders to help shape content and ensure materials are suitable and professional
Coordinate, collect, and prepare materials, as needed, for senior leadership communications, including:
Monthly Management Reporting
Growth and Strategy Reporting
Quarterly meetings for content, prep, scheduling, rehearsal, etc.
Monthly status reporting collection, consolidation, triage, and dissemination
Document and manage all action items, commitments, and communications from customer meetings
Anticipate future needs and identify proactive solutions to satisfy those needs
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

Proven problem solver who can make clear-headed decisions while under pressure
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years related experience; OR 20 years related experience
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Polygraph
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
