Parsons is seeking a Western Regional Manager for our rapidly expanding Connected Infrastructure market focused on the Aviation Rail Transit Sector. This position reports to our Sector Manager for the division. This position will play a key role in managing operations, developing business strategy, talent management, business development, and overseeing the direction of large/complex projects and in the area. The successful candidate will be an effective “seller/doer” that balances operational management, business development, and project management responsibilities. Willingness to travel to client or project site locations is expected.
Meet financial performance (P/L) commitments for the Western Region.
Making and maintaining client, vendor and partner networks, and managing key relationships.
Manage staff utilization to maximize operations efficiency.
Ensure consistency in project quality, budgetary constraints and expectations and that appropriate monitoring and control mechanisms are developed and administered.
Ensure implementation of Parson’s performance management within the Aviation Rail Transit Western Region, report on the performance of staff, and recommend promotion/saary increases or therwise, in collaboration with the Sector Sr. VP.
Create a challenging professional environment of innovation, opportunity, development and continuous improvement that supports division objectives
Develop strategic initiatives and business plans for the area that align with the overall goals of the district and division.
Partner with business development to establish teaming, subcontracts and other agreements.
Support the successful win and manage complex and major projects within the operational and strategic framework.

Demonstrate commitment to quality and continuous improvement through innovation, creative thinking and improved results.
Enhance the organization’s profile and reach across the area.
Provide representation for joint ventures
Specific Education and Experience Requirements
15+ years of related work experience.
Past profit and loss responsibility
Project and staff management experience
Technical experience in the area of transportation infrastructure
BS in Engineering or Business
Alternative delivery experience preferred

This position pays a minimum annual salary of $170,000.00 and a maximum annual salary of $325,000.00.
This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
