Job Description:

Director, Cyber Warfare Solution Architect (Hybrid)

Job Location (s) Centreville, Herndon, and Chantilly, VA, and Columbia, MD.

Our Cyber Warfare portfolio spans platforms & tool development, reconnaissance & surveillance, vulnerability research and development, and offensive/defensive cyber operations (OCO/DCO) capabilities. Applicants are expected to understand business negotiations, recognize, and act upon opportunities to promote the Company’s expertise, and have demonstrated successful past performance.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reports to the Senior Director for High Consequence Missions (HCM) Growth, working closely with the Cyber Warfare Growth and Technical Leads, the successful candidate will lead technical and solutioning teams in the identification, qualification, pursuit & shaping, proposal development, winning and follow-through of new cyber business opportunities. As Director, CW Solution Architect, candidate will leverage technology and engineering knowledge to unify technical strategy (solution stack, architecture, technical branding) for the continued advancement of current and progressively more complex cyber and cyber enabled space programs.

The job location is flexible, the successful candidate can be based in Northern Virginia, with the ability to work with teams in Centreville, Herndon, and Chantilly, VA, and Columbia, MD.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working closely with the CW Growth and Management teams, manages the vision and strategy for technology development and implementation within Cyber Warfare

  • Identify and align customer needs/customer spaces with each other to establish a technology strategy that enables programs to support current and future business capabilities

  • Ensure programs across Cyber Warfare align with the technical growth strategy and business plan

  • Works closely throughout the Defense & Intelligence (D&I) business unit for new pipeline opportunities, synchronizing with the growth team.

  • Working across markets to align current capability sets with existing and emerging technologies and customer missions.

  • Coordinate with technical and mission SMEs to identify new and emerging Internal Research & Development (IR&D) concepts that will drive new capabilities to support growth with current and future customers.

  • Work with program staff to understand technical needs of their programs and how to best provide support and solutions (both existing and innovative)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-year degree in Engineering or Management or related technical/business field

  • 7+ years of related experience, with hands-on experience

  • Have a strong network of customer and industry contacts and must be familiar with the DoD and OEM customer's major cyber programs and upcoming initiatives.

  • Demonstrate agile decision making and leadership, facilitating technical solutioning and strategy sessions across cyber service offerings, to include aligning C2 and OCO/DCO capabilities.

  • Keeps abreast of the current business climate and overall cyber trends. Executes long-term business and marketing strategies.

  • Experience leading a team of skilled engineers, architects, requirements analysts, test engineers, and Cyber practitioners

  • Experience with various system engineering life cycle methodologies, including waterfall, spiral, and Agile

  • Ability to lead discussions with various stakeholders at all levels to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple customer priorities and tracking/translating them into implementation and solutions

  • Recent experience managing technical personnel and high-technology deliverables

  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to translate detailed technical information into appropriate executive level briefings and info exchanges.

  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience successfully delivering complex cyber systems with hardware and software components

  • Experience with Cyber technologies and capabilities, including continuous monitoring, incident response, advance threat hunt, secure Cloud and mobile capabilities, on-going assessment, Network Access Control, and threat hunting

  • Candidate should have a broad general technical and business background

Salary Range:

$165,000.00 - $310,000.00
