Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manger to join our team! In this role you will get to work with the identified Protégé to increase their overall participation as a prime contractor and/or subcontractor. .

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage overall MP project cost, schedule, performance, and risk in accordance with Parsons policies and procedures

  • Mobilize company resources, through liaison with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work

  • Manage Mentor Protégé relationship and customer relationship through electronic and face-to-face communication

  • Conduct weekly meetings to discuss progress against Development Assistance Plan Milestones and Metrics

  • Liaise between Protégé and various functions and groups within Parsons to deliver against MP Development Assistance Plan

  • Assigns responsibility for executing program plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths

  • Manage data calls, requests, and other inquiries from Protégé and customer

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Must hold a 1.0 FTE position on a Parsons contract

  • TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph

  • 4-year degree or related technical/business field

  • 15+ years of relevant work experience with 1-2 years of Program Management experience

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • PMP Certification or Parsons Project Management Certification (PMC)

  • Master’s degree with a systems, engineering, management, or business major/focus

  • Experience directly supporting NGA

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are also required

  • Adept at multi-tasking and responding to ad hoc and short fused taskings

  • Proven success engaging with customers – prime, subcontractors, and government
