The Opportunity:

The Salesforce CRM Solutions Architect will be responsible for overseeing the development, management and welfare of our portfolio of Salesforce enterprise solutions. This individual will manage day-to-day responsibilities, including application support, oversee development activities and product enhancements. The role will collaborate with our team to ensure the seamless integration between Salesforce and other non-SF systems as well as tools like PARDOT, Einstein Analytics and contracts systems.

This individual must collaborate effectively with infrastructure partners and be able to coordinate across functional teams and enterprises to deliver platform changes. This individual must have the ability to balance tight timelines, multiple priorities and risks in order to make decisions and optimize outcomes.

This position will be in one of Parsons located in either Charlotte NC or Washington D.C. region.

The responsibilities ofour Salesforce CRM Solutions Architect include:

· Providing Subject Matter Expert in Sales Cloud CRM and force.com

· Configuring, customizing andcoding CRM and force.com solutions

· Designing and implementing integration architectures for data and process integration with other non-SF systems.

· Collaborating with Stakeholders and SFDC Architects to develop thebusiness requirements and user stories

· Participatingin the full application life cycle from technical design to overseeing development activities using scrum framework

· Providing DevOps SFDC production support, Ongoing project-based development and enhancements.

· Developingthe technical design for the salesforce application considering all the functional, technical, non functional and integration needs of the application

· Supporting product owner(s) in providinga fully working technical solution to the project manager and client.

Desired Skills and Competencies

  • At least5 years of Salesforce Implementation experience

  • 2 year of SFDC lightning implementation experience is must.

  • 3year of Integration experience on salesforce.com platform.

  • Must have experience working on at least 4 implementations around sales, service cloud for large enterprises that involved significant customizations using the force.com platform.

  • Extensive understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items.

  • Good knowledge of salesforce recommended best practice around design and development.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment strategies such as change sets, Ant or experience with 3 rd party deployment tools such as Capado

  • Familiar with Salesforce Sales Cloud lighting experience and sales processes.

  • Experience configuring and customizing functional areas of the Sales Cloud

  • In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, and Triggers, etc.

  • Experience with the Salesforce.com APEX data loader and ETL tools such as Informatica.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and deploying custom developed solutions on the Salesforce platform

  • Competency in documenting business requirements, Application integrations and custom development

  • Create/update Workflows, Triggers, Formulas, Reports and Dashboards, Data loader

  • Create customized pages, reports and features for end customers

  • Familiarity of programming knowledge such as HTML, JavaScript, APEX, JSON, Web Service, REST concepts and integration with external systems/Web services

  • Experience managing deployment and understanding of deployment best practices, including documenting user acceptance tests/sign offs to ensure the quality of developed solutions prior to production deployment

  • Log, track, and manage issues, bugs, and enhancement/ features requests logged in JIRA

  • Source control knowledge GIT a plus
