This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced corporate strategist and innovation expert to join an exciting company in the midst of a transformation. This role is for a fast moving, highly versatile, experienced leader in search of their next challenge. Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation and Operations Officer, with other C suite exposure including the CEO this individual must possess various skill sets as well as excellent presentations and communication skills. No two days are alike for this new role in a fast-paced company with a technology focus; quickly evaluating new opportunities, making fast decisions, and executing at high levels.

The role is based in our Charlotte, NC office.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead Corporate Strategy – Lead the annual corporate strategy planning process for the company. In this role you will also be the subject matter expert (SME) for strategy while partnering with business unit leads to help with their unit strategies from a corporate oversight perspective. You must be detail and timeline driven and able to navigate strategic ambiguities. It will also be your responsibility to help to build technology ecosystems, flush out revenue models, and help to build, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships.

  • Build corporate wide innovation program –Utilizing best practices from previous experiences build and manage a corporate wide best in class innovation program. Partnering with senior leaders in the company you will help to manage innovation investments and progress through the corporation by providing high level support and oversight. To succeed with this, you must be able to partner at all levels of the organization, drive performance to quick results, and make decision recommendations on funding and paths forward.

  • Oversee and incubate new lines of business – As new business lines are being incubated it will be critical that this individual helps to flush out business and revenue models. Helping to build distinct go to market strategies and execution plans is a crucial skill set.


  • MBA required.

  • Strong technology background preferred.

  • Experience working with different business models.

  • Must be an Agile thinker and able to pivot quickly and think of creative solutions to complex problems.

  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and risk taking.

  • Demonstrated success enhancing existing revenue models and creating new revenue models.
