Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intermediate Systems Analyst to join our team! In this position, you will be part of a team in support of the Missile Defense Agency while providing support for testing through all phases of event life cycle in the Wargames and Exercises Directorate. Domestic and international travel will be required.
Responsibilities:
Provide U.S. and threat force laydowns (red force and blue force laydowns) in support of modeling and simulation (M&S) development
Conduct coordination, consolidation, and preparation of weekly deliverables
Conduct coordination, planning, integration, and execution across all event phases in support of wargames and exercise with internal and external stakeholders
Support product development of event documentation for planning, integration, and execution (test plans, cyber test plans, execution plans, deployment plans and rosters)
Coordinate exercise support for stakeholder participation across event phases and manage requirements
Prepare decision-quality materials such as foreign disclosure packages, memorandums and waivers for senior level reviews and mission milestone decisions
Conduct on console duties during wargames and exercises events as required
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
BA/BS with 7 years relevant experience in a field pertinent to the position. (An additional 3+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (or higher) Security Clearance
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Motivated self-starter
Demonstrated skills in a high tempo work environment
Proficient with Windows-based PC software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with DoD testing
Familiarity DoD military Wargames and Exercises
Ability to quantify and conduct logical reasoning (products and associated processes are of a technical nature)
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Secret

Salary Range:
$81,500.00 - $142,600.00
