Position Overview: Request for Analysis/Information/Training and Warfighter Integration Process SME to Missile Defense Agency Warfighter Strategic Integration - COS (MDA/DDW-C).


  • Assist in the facilitation and coordination of the MDA Request for Information (RFI), Request for Analysis (RFA), and Request for Allied Participation in Test (RFT) processes.

  • Coordinate MDA Warfighter Involvement Process (WIP) to support warfighter requirements.

  • Coordinate with MDA stakeholders in response to JFCC-IMD’s Modification Fielding Requirements List (MFRL)

  • Responsible for managing the MFRL and WIP database inputs between JFCC-IMD, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Services, Joint Staff, and MDA.

  • Assist in Prioritized Capabilities List (PCL) submission and the tracking of Achievable Capabilities List (ACL) development.

  • Support WIP focus group activities.

  • Assist in maintenance and updating of relevant publications.

  • Assist in the requirements development and validation for RFA/RFI/RFT software.

Experience Requirements:

  • 7 years related experience or a Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience with Ballistic Missile Defense System

  • Familiarity with Warfighter Involvement Process

  • Experience with Joint Functional Component Command for Integrated Missile Defense (JFCC IMD)

  • Experience with Combatant Command, Joint Staff, and Service staffs

  • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice

  • Proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required due to government of federal requirement

  • TS/SCI Required
