Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Wargames and Exercises Lead Analyst to join our team! In this position, you will support testing through all phases of event life cycle in the Wargames and Exercises Directorate. The Event Lead is a leadership role that provides direction for planning and coordination of multiple events. Domestic and international travel will be required.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee tasks associated with the Missile Defense System (MDS) portion of Combatant Command (CCMD) hosted Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) wargames and exercise events
Lead and execute planning, monitoring, acquisition, and implementation for complex MDS, CCMD, and Allied systems
Lead the development and utilization of techniques and processes for both technical and administrative support activities
Provide reporting/documentation in support of routine and executive level taskings
Participate in multiple planning forums and provide sound recommendations for Warfighter participant coordination, event scheduling, exercise concepts, design, and execution
Integrate MDS systems into the exercise architecture
Plan and develop pre-test coordination, executive level briefings, risk assessment/mitigation, event documentation, event execution, and gather lessons learned
Assist intermediate and basic level co-workers with daily performance requirements and provide training to ensure growth and advancement in the work force
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
MA/MS with 10 years relevant experience in a field pertinent to the position. (An additional 5+ years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the MA/MS degree.)
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret (or higher) Security Clearance
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Demonstrated skills in a high tempo work environment
Motivated self-starter
Proficient with Windows-based PC software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with DoD test processes, test support, and/or test execution
Experience with DoD and military hosted wargames and exercises
Familiarity with the DoD Joint Event Life Cycle process
Effective communication skills with a broad spectrum of MDA elements and non-MDA stakeholders to integrate capabilities into complex test event configurations
Ability to organize and oversee multiple concurrent team activities featuring dynamic requirements, aggressive schedules, and multiple stakeholder interfaces to resolve issues and challenges

Salary Range:
$100,400.00 - $203,600.00
