In this role you will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. Respond to email messages for customers seekinghelp. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Assist with the design, implementation, andmaintenance of enterprise networks
Network device configuration automation usingAnsible
Configure Juniper, VMWare, and Palo Altodevices and services
·Responsible for triaging and providing technical support to end for regarding hardware and software issues within defined SLAs
·Ticket queue management and escalation
·Responsible for creation, modification, and suspension of AD accounts
·Responsible for endpoint inventory, imaging, deployment, software maintenance, and reclamation
·Responsible for endpoint network patching to switching layer
·Responsible for the creation of “projects” within the information system.
·Proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required due to government or federal requirement.
·U.S. citizens ONLY due to government or federal requirement.
