This specific role is focused on someone to develop software using Java and Cloud technologies (like Hadoop, Pig, Map Reduce, etc) to help our mission customer's dreams come true. You'll work alongside the contract's team members to ensure the overall mission gets accomplished via use of your software engineering / software development awesomeness!
While you perform in this specific role, we'll be working with you to build your customized career path and then help you progress along that path by lining up a mentor for you (if you're interested), sharing internal trainings (we have weekly Fifteen Minute Trainings, lunch-time Tech Talks, and monthly/bimonthly Cybersecurity Challenges/CTFs), connecting you with external trainings (we have access to places like ITPro.tv and udemy.com), and offering you as many other opportunities to grow as possible. - Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer sciences, math, or physical sciences from an accredited institution AND 14 or more years of experience
OR 17 or more years of experience (if no degree)
Knowledge of Java
Experience with Cloud technologies (like Hadoop, Pig, Map Reduce, etc)
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
A desire to maximize your awesomeness
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
