Parsons is now hiring a fully qualified Lead System Analyst, experienced in utilizing analysis methods and practices with a passion for providing systems support on a variety of highly complex tasks.
This position requires a highly motivated advanced analyst to be part of a team of dedicated professionals in support of the Missile Defense Agency in Dahlgren, VA. In this role you will provide programmatic support to missile defense programs as an Advanced International and Policy Program Analyst. Parsons is a leader in the world of defense and cyber security. BA/BS required and MA/MS desired
PMP/DAWIA certification or equivalent desired
10 years directly supporting a Federal Acquisition or DoD program(s) as an acquisition/program analyst overseeing cost, schedule, and performance
Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts
5 years in a DoD program management and integration environment providing strategic level analysis, communications, and staff coordination for executive level review
Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly creative
Ability to prepare milestone decision packages or MDA equivalent
Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas
Ability to prepare acquisition strategy for an Acquisition Strategy Panel and Acquisition Strategy Board or equivalent
Works under consultative direction toward predetermining long-range targets
Ability to review, process, and formulate strategy products
Provides advice and counsel to the organization in area of expertise
Ability to draft and brief complex acquisition solutions, i.e. Other Transactions (OT) and hybrid acquisitions or equivalent
Ability to draft Acquisition Executive program correspondence/status reports, i.e. memorandums, EXSUMs, white papers, and Ad Hoc reports
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
