Proficient in Linux scripting
Execute on software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documentation)
Engage in application design, analysis, and system integration
Participate in code reviews, collaborate on requirements, design documentation and test plans as a part of the overall software design and development process
Review and analyze code scan results, and provide way- ahead mitigation recommendations in support of software assurance efforts
Interface with other software developers and testers during integration and new version releases
Work closely with customer during S/W implementation and troubleshoot during integration activities
Working knowledge of the software development life cycle
Support critical operations during standard and when necessary, non-standard working hours
Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar from an accredited university
4+ years experience
Active Secret security clearance
Utilize a variety of software languages (e.g., C, container application development, microservices, and Kubernetes ) on Windows, Linux, mobile platforms, and embedded real time operating systems
Experience administering Linux and Windows systems
Experience with agile SW development methodologies
Working knowledge of converged infrastructure and related technologies such as VMware, Networking, and Storage solutions
Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI
Ability to travel 10%
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
