We need our project support specialists to be versatile, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, team-oriented environment and who have exceptional communication, analytical and management skills.
Provides project management support for a variety of projects which may involve financial data compilation and reporting, compiling and reviewing project performance metrics, preparing presentations based on software project metrics. Develops and tracks project time lines. Works closely with project team leads and project managers to identify and resolve risks and concerns. Assumes responsibility for timely delivery of internal project deliverables as scheduled. Develops and maintains databases and reports. Designs presentations in support of program needs. Tracks program budgets and forecasts future budget needs. May plan and coordinate special meetings with external stakeholders. May maintain and update the cross-project metrics collection tools.
Assists Project Managers in daily tasks
Interacts with team members, functional leads, and project managers to provide support by phone, email, in-person, and during meetings.
Assists in monitoring progress and ensuring that project deliverables are accurate and timely
Primary responsibility is to provide project management support to internal and external clients in a highly technical software engineering environment.
A bachelor's degree and five years of project, financial and/or administrative management experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint sites. Proactive and self-motivated, able to organize their time and workflow to multitask consistently and effectively.
