Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Parsons is seeking a Systems Requirements Verification Analyst with active Secret Clearance and Missile Defense experience
What You Will Be Doing With US:
Execute analytical tasks and evaluate studies and threat/capabilities needs using analytical techniques and processes.
Develop and/or uses analytic tools, techniques, and processes for technical and/or administrative support activities.
Provide technical and/or operational support to projects such as traceability of various threat or other operability down to the Ballistic Missile Defense elements
Verify that the requirement is valid and the system is capable of meeting (or not meeting) the requirement of the detection and engagement systems to include missile and communications systems.
Contribute/lead the planning and implementation of large programs
Systematically trigger an appropriate response of the elements and verify data connectivity from target detection through engagement and post intercept analysis. *
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What We Need from You :
US Citizenship with Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
3+ years of related experience
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Active Top-Secret Clearance
Prior experience with Aegis Weapons Systems
5+ years of related experience
Technical experience in one of the following areas: Fleet operations, systems engineering, modeling and simulation, missile systems, etc.
Missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects
Military education can be considered in lieu of Bachelor's (with associate degree) and master's degree (with bachelor's degree).
