Job Description:
Parsons Space Architecture is accepting applications for an existing program support opportunity. Parsons is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support a prototype AWS Cloud based mission thread. Interested applicants should demonstrate experience with cloud DevSecOps concepts, working with AWS environments, Cloud Development Kubernetes/Container Orchestration, and software integration and test as related to these environments.
Required Qualifications:
Interim or Active Top Secret security clearance.
Understanding of Agile and DevOps software methodologies.
Experience with AWS, Java, Python, Javascript, C/C++, Matlab, VHDL, Assembly (ARM, MIPS).
Successful completion and award of Bachelors degree and Masters degree awarded within 90 days of onboarding.
Experience with multi-cloud solutions.
Desired Qualifications:
Understanding of software engineering including application build, deployment, and test.
Hands-on experience with POSIX Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Experience with Cloud Computing Technologies – AWS, Azure, or GKE – certifications preferred.
Experience with BASH scripting experience. #CJ
Employment Contingencies
Employment for this position is subject to applicant successfully obtaining a TS/SCI security clearance. Applicant must relocate to the Denver Metro Area. Applicant is required to obtain an AWS Associate, Kubernetes, or Security+ certification within 90 days of hire date.
This position pays a minimum annual salary of $79,100.00 and a maximum annual salary of $138,400.00.

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
