Parsons seeks to hire an Integration Lead (IL) supporting an Intelligence Community customer. The RIVENDELL program provides automatic processing of intelligence mission threads. The prime contract will integrate existing cloud-based emitter mapping services and provide development of additional, cloud-based mission enhancement services to operationally deploy fully functional mission threads. The IL will be responsible for leading the integration of project solutions across the RIVENDELL automatic processing threads while determining integration/interface requirements. The IL will work with systems engineers, solutions architects, and developers across multiple service providers to ensure applications and systems interoperate to deliver end-to-end mission solutions and maintain the integrity of the mission thread.
Duties may include:
Provide a holistic systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of system components.
Plan, coordinate, and document solutions employing developed services.
Analyze, design, test, and evaluate systems that support the ELINT processing thread.
Guide the work of Mid- and Junior-level contractor Integration Engineers as well other company developers and engineers.
Able to commit to this program for at least one year.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM degree program, or related equivalent additional experience.
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
Minimum 15 years of IC experience, with demonstrated experience integrating service and cloud-based systems of similar complexity and number of services.
Excellent communication skills, in both spoken and written English.
Great interpersonal and communications skills, while establishing and maintaining effective work relationships with team members.
Understanding of Agile and DevOps software methodologies
Understanding of software engineering including application build, deployment, and test.
Experience with Cloud Computing Technologies - AWS, Azure, or GKE - certifications preferred
Employment for this position is subject to contract award. Anticipated contract award date is April 2022.
The anticipated annualized full time target compensation (median) for this position is: $163,000.00.Benefits for this position include: medical, dental, vision, paid time off and 401K.Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
