Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented DSP Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to develop capabilities in the Counter-UAV and Counter-Space mission areas.
What You'll Be Doing:
Working with analysts and software developers to create innovative counter-measures for capabilities which could be putting US forces at risk
Contribute to and lead technical design discussions on RF signal exploitation approaches
Develop DSP software components to meet product specifications and development schedules for clients/customers
Participate in an agile team involving daily standups, biweekly planning, regular retrospectives, and stakeholder demos
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Solid DSP background and experience with proven capabilities against a variety of signals and protocols
Experience developing engineering solutions to collect, process, exploit, store/catalog, and distribute RF signals
Ability to evolve DSP concepts from proofs-of-concept to prototype solutions to operational capabilities
Effectively collaborate with community experts on RF signal exploitation efforts
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in a distributed team environment
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
BS in Computer Science or related technical field with 5+ years of related professional experienceor MS with 3+ years or PhD with 0-1 years
Experience with wireless RF signals.Experience with pulses, UAV, and SATCOM signal a plus.
Experience with DoD and IC SIGINT systems
Experience on an Agile development team or knowledge of Agile fundamentals
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience with exploitation, classification, and geo-location of Signals of Interest (SOIs)
Comfortable working in a diverse environment made up of government, military, analyst, software developers, and system engineers
Experience with Cloud computing, such as AWS or Azure
Experience with Containerization tools, such as Kubernetes and Docker
The estimated compensation range for this job is $92,400 -- $161,400 per year

This position pays a minimum annual salary of $92,200.00 and a maximum annual salary of $161,400.00.
