Parsons seeks to hire a Software Lead (SL) supporting an Intelligence Community customer. The RIVENDELL program provides automatic processing of intelligence mission threads. The prime contract will integrate existing cloud-based emitter mapping services and provide development of additional, cloud-based mission enhancement services to operationally deploy fully functional mission threads. The SL will be responsible for leading the software development as the Scrum Master for program software solutions across the RIVENDELL automatic processing threads. The SL will work with systems engineers and programmers across multiple service providers to ensure applications and systems interoperate to deliver end-to-end mission solutions and maintain the integrity of the mission thread.
Able to commit to this program for at least one year.
Master's degree in Computer Science or an engineering field with at least 8 years technical experience.
Certification in software development practices.
Experience in iterative (Agile) software development.
Scrum Master Certification, preferably SAFeTM Agile.
Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment using the Scrum methodology.
Excellent communication skills, in both spoken and written English.
Great interpersonal and communications skills, while establishing and maintaining effective work relationships with team members.
- Experience with Cloud Computing Technologies - AWS, Azure, or GKE - certifications preferred
Employment for this position is subject to contract award. Anticipated contract award date is April 2022.
The anticipated annualized full time target compensation (median) for this position is: $163,000.00.Benefits for this position include: medical, dental, vision, paid time off and 401K.Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
